nWave announces co-producing agreement with A Contracorriente for upcoming animated feature film

Brussels (Belgium), May 13, 2022 – nWave Pictures and A Contracorriente Films announced an agreement on the Belgian animation studio’s tenth feature film, The Inseparables. This accord cements a partnership between the two companies that have collaborated for many years, including the upcoming Spanish release of nWave’s latest production: Chickenhare and the Hamster of Darkness.

The Inseparables is based on an original story by Joel Cohen and Alec Sokolow (Toy Story 1) and a script by Bob Barlen and Cal Brunker (Paw Patrol, the movie, Bigfoot Family). The film is coproduced by Octopolis in France and has just begun principal animation for a release in theaters in the summer of 2023.
